The Richmond County Literacy Council needs your help. Reading is a skill that is so easily taken for granted. Without the continued support of the community, we would not be able to keep providing this much needed service. By volunteering your time as a tutor, you are enriching the lives of others. Becoming a tutor is not the only way to help the Literacy Council and the community in which you live. You can also: * Talk to your business, church or civic group about sponsoring a training workshop or fundraising event. * Volunteer your clerical or computer skills at the Literacy Council. * Recruit possible tutors for the Literacy Council. |
